Carers
Carers are an integral part of our service delivery. They are very patient, kind, empathetic and most importantly, valued. We want our Carers to communicate their concerns regarding any client’s health and wellbeing.
Wherever possible carer’s will be assigned to one specific client. This provides consistency and enables the client and the family to become familiar with the assigned carer.
Carers are guided by Registered Nurses to meet specific care needs and will be taught how to care for specialty clients needs.
